Terms and Conditions of Hello Station

1. Scope of Agreement: These terms and conditions govern the sale of mobile phones, accessories, repairs, servicing and related products by Hello Station to customers.

2. Product Information: The Seller shall provide accurate and up-to-date information about the Products, including specifications, features, and prices.

3. Order Acceptance: Orders placed by the Buyer are subject to acceptance by the Seller. The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at any time for any reason.

4. Payment Terms: Payment for Products shall be made in full at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed upon by the Seller. Payment methods accepted include cash, credit/debit cards, and other forms of electronic payment.

5. Data Security: Hello Station is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of customer data by adopting high standards for the protection of personal information. Personal information collected is solely used to complete sales transactions. The customer's personal information, both in physical and digital form, will be kept secure and protected in a safe manner by Hello Station.

6. Refunds and Exchanges: Products may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
   - Products must be in original condition and packaging.
   - Proof of purchase is required (Receipt).
   - Certain items, such as accessories and software, may not be eligible for return or exchange.
   - The Seller reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet these criteria.

   - Deposits are non-refundable.

   - Purchased goods are non-returnable and non-refundable.

By purchasing Products from Hello Station, the Buyer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
